What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you. When you submit the consultation or support form, we collect:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Your company name, if you choose to share it (optional)
• The service you're asking about and the message you write
• If you arrive from an ad: the campaign tags (UTM) in the link, the first page you opened and the page you came from

We do not ask for payment details, ID documents, or any sensitive personal data through this site, and you should never need to provide them here.

Why we collect it

We use form submissions solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, or provide support — this is our legitimate interest in running the business and, where applicable, taking pre-contract steps at your request. Separately, this site uses Meta Pixel to measure advertising from your first visit — see our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are sent to three processors we use to run our business:

• Google (Gmail) — to deliver your message to our inbox by email.
• Trello (Atlassian) — to track your inquiry as a task on our internal team board.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure and improve our advertising; see our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and similar technology

This site does not set its own cookies. If you arrive from one of our ads, it keeps the campaign tags (UTM) from the link in your browser's local storage for 30 days. It also runs Meta Pixel, a third-party tool from Meta, on every visit to measure and improve our Facebook/Instagram advertising. Full details and opt-out instructions are in our Cookie Policy.

The fonts on this site are served from our own server, so no font provider receives your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any legally required retention period afterward. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it within a reasonable time. If you're in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
